Oh my….reading about "human & microbial biochemical pathway" make me feel like 'im gonna “pass away" sooo soon! I need a break now.....so, this is to “soothe” my twisted eyes & burning brain…..hehe..lapar pulak rasanya… :-o
DAGING
Pepper Rub:
2 sudubesar lada hitam- tumbuk kasar
1 1/2 sudu teh dried thyme leaves
1 sudu teh jintan manis-tumbuk
1 sudu teh garlic salt/ i use 1 ulas bawang putiih- tumbuk lumat

SOS BLACK PEPPER
Bahan2
2 sudu besar butter
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
2 cawan fresh milk
segenggam balck peper yang ditumbuk kasar
2 sudu besar button mushroom-hiris nipis
2 sudu besar kicap
garam secukup rasa
Cara2
- cairkan butter dalam saucepan
- bila butter cair, masukkan tepung gandum dan kacau rata.
- bila dah berbuih2 masukkan fresh milk / susu cair,black pepper, mushroom & kicap
- masukkan garam secukup rasa
- kacau sehingga pekat/ sampai kepekatan yg diingini
- dah siap
Note: hidang bersama fries, coleslaw (use coleslaw dressing: lady's choice...not mayo), kacang panggang, tomato
