Lemon balm (Melissa officialis) tea

my new herbs tea...lemon balm tea....so niceee...& the prep also soo damn easy....yg susahnya nak jaga pokok dia supaya sentiasa gemoqss & sihat...


Lemon Balm Tea


10 - 15 leaves of lemon balm (fresh leaves)
1 cup hot boiling water
brown sugar (secukup rasa)


methods...

pour hot boiling water kedalam cawan yg mengandungi lemon balm leaves.....rest for 5 mins & masukkan brown sugar secukup rasa.....dah boleh minum...soo easy.....

but that's conventional method on how to prepare apa2 pun tea laa....since i'm not that rajin nak kena tunggu bagai.....so, i just masukkan the leaves & sugar siap2 & pour jek hot boiling water...& baru biarkan dia sit for 5 mins ker...or even longer....dah suam2 kuku baru minum...so refreshing!

i love sipping lemon balm tea masa2 tengah stress or sakit kepala...hilang sakit kepala ku....some how macam anti-depressent plak tea ni....

Lemon balm containing terpenes....& terpenes ada relaxation effect....dalam daun dia pun ada eugenol....for muscle relaxation therapy yg disebabkan oleh stress....that's why people consider lemon balm tea as a calming tea.....do try this....i did it & memang rasa sakit kepala relieve......but mild sakit kepala laa....kalau sakit kepala level sakit macam nak pecah kapla...tak guna hirup lemon balm tea sebaldi pun.....
